Leases

Heritage Realty Services LLC announced the following leases:

• A new 10-year 6-month lease agreement at 12 East 52nd Street. Eloon LLC has leased a full-floor 3,166 s/f space which will serve as the location of a brand new high-end hair salon. The space was previously occupied by Fifth Avenue Designers Menswear, Inc. Heritage Realty managing director George Fabian represented the landlord. The tenant was represented by Camilo Amaya of Bergson Strategies LLC.

• The Lakeside Group of Companies, previously located at 210 East 39th Street, will occupy the full 4,000 s/f ninth floor. at 67 Irving Place, New York, NY.

• Medical institution NYU-Langone Medical Center will occupy the full 4,000 s/f eighth floor at 67 Irving Place. Heritage Realty Services LLC has represented ownership of 67 Irving Place since 1988 and acted on behalf of both parties in securing the leases. Managing director Mary Gallagher brokered the transactions in-house.
